Apart Hotel Rental

1. There will be 2 different category and each of the two categories will have two sub category. Example: DeLuxe T2 (two bedrooms) T3 (three bedrooms) Standard T2 (two bedrooms) T3 (three bedrooms) 2. Admin. will be able to assign how may apartment for rent for each of the sub category. 3. Admin. will be able to define taxes - a flat rate for all properties for renting. Taxes will not be shown in the user site. 4. Admin. will be able to define seasons for categories. If there are no seasons defined for a particular category, the seasons defined for parent category (if any) will be used. 5. Prices will be defined per day. Admin. will be able to define different day prices for seasons. If there are several day prices defined for a product, the price will be shown to customers in price range (Day price: $10-$19). 6. Customers will be able to perform search based on: - Availability period (with arrival and departure dates, using a calendar) - Price range 7. Admin. will be able to define global utilities (phone, internet, TV, washing machine, etc.) and enable utilities for particular products. 8. There will be a calendar for each apartment where the admin. could check and control the days when an apartment is available. In other words my customer wants the flexibility to be able to arrange the witch apartments will be rented and the ones free for renting. (Maybe like an Hotel will do). 9. Customers will be able to book a property using a calendar. The logic will be: - an apartment isn't booked at the specified period (i.e. "free" or "available") - a customer send a request for a rental and the apartment became "reserved" for the specified period - if the admin. confirm the reservation, the apartment became "booked" - if the admin. reject the reservation, the apartment became "free" 10. This will a multilanguage site, so when a new language is added Admin. will have a fields for description of the different languages. I do not know what would be the best way to do this. Maybe different templates or skins for each languages (I will translate the templates).
