phpnuke + phpcoin - serious people only!

G'day, I need someone who is fully experienced with phpcoin & php-nuke. I have a site @ [login to view URL] which I would like to revamp. I am a designer myself but have no time for my own site! I would like to have phpcoin installed as the main part of the site with the exact look of [login to view URL] ... then I would like a phpnuke theme designed the same ... the important part is that visitors must not realize that they are moving from phpcoin to phpnuke. The first part of the project would be to design the projects on your own server, with access available for me so that I can see progress. The second part would be to implement this on my server with full integration with my web host manager ( [login to view URL] ) in order for automatic creation & billing of accounts.
