Super User (Users, System Parameters and Administrators) - Admin & Reporting (Users, System Settings and Parameters, Finances, Activity) B) REPORTING C) CALENDARING, ROTA CREATION AND SCHEDULING D) Event Management & Calender & Booking Facilities E) VOIP & Conferencing Plugin Capabilities F) Payment Processing and Reporting G) An attractive and friendly user interface H) Location Services (GPS Proximity for mobile) The service will be rolled-out internationally, so the site should have support for future localisation features - example languages, currencies. **FEATURE SUMMARY** - profile creation and management privileges - availability posting (calendar format) - profile search (+search filtering by options and bookmarking) - upload, license, price, sell content - review content before purchase - store purchased content in workspace for x days - download content - booking request (internal message) - booking decline (alternative profile) or booking confirmation - payment processing (acceptance in escrow) - payment approval - payment release (minus commission charge) - profile rating - profile recommendations - contact information filtration ( no emails or phone numbers allowed). - logos and images. clear, crisp, bright and vibrant. Detailed design specs will be communicated during bidding. **Start Date - 4th October 2010** **Target Completion Date - 3rd December 2010** The application must be well designed and dynamic, not hard-coded, tested (based on a detailed functional specification) and documented (including code) before acceptance - we will do the acceptance testing, but we expect acceptance testing to be acceptance testing and not first testing - a failed rate of 20% of test scenarios will negate this, so it should be 80% functioning as designed when handed over for acceptance testing, but 100% by transition and handover. **ABOUT YOU **You will need a co-orperative & consultative approach and consult us of the pros and cons of the options available before proceeding. You will be able to demonstrate strong programming abilities & experience, plus a good project start to completion record and excellent communication skills.
