I'm looking to create an online store for custom made bobble head dolls. It needs to have the following:
1) A content management system (CMS) to allow me to add products, promo codes, change prices, ect
2) Products will have the following fields which are entered in the admin area:
• Short Title, Long Title
• Gender (Female, Male, Both)
• Age(Children, Adult)
• Person Count(This number will determine how many images that has to be uploaded by customer)
• Price
• Description
• Product Code
• Product Photo
• Categories (Customizable DIY, Fun Accessories, Action Figures, Work, Sports, Wedding, Group, Causal, Adult, Professional, Cultural, Children)
• Allowed to bobble(some dolls can't bobble due to being to close to other heads or props)
3) Customers need to be able to upload a few images of them self.
4) The shopping cart should be advanced enough to allowing editing, deleting and changing quantities for each item in their cart.
5) There will be a slide show of images displayed at the top of most pages which can be modified from the admin section.
6) The site's currency display needs to be smart and set according to the area of the person's IP address. If not possible then a simple drop down box for the currency will do fine.
7) Payments will be processed through PayPal.
8) Promo code can be created in the admin section with the follow fields: Enabled(T/F), Unlimited(T/F), Promo Code(7digits), Description, Discount Amount(%)/Discount Amount($), Expiry Date, Date Used, Person Used By.
9) When someone uses the promo code it should automatically be disabled so no one else can use it unless it has been marked as Unlimited(T) which I will use during promotion periods like Christmas. The person's details should be saved in the 'Person Used By' field in the promo section of the back end.
10) The copyright date should auto update at the start of every year.
11) Integrated Live Chat system onto the site.
12) Integrate major social network sites like twitter and Facebook
13) Customer are forced to login or create an account before they can complete their transaction
14) Customer are asked to enter their Payment & Delivery address as well as delivery method (Standard, Express)
15) Standard shipping will be free Australia Wide however Express will cost $24 for Australia which can be modified in the back end.
16) For the rest of the world Standard shipping will cost $24 and $49 for Express shipping which can be modified in the back end.
17) When the user creates their account they should automatically receive a Welcome email which it's content can be modified from the admin area
18) When the user completes the transaction at the PayPal page, the user should receive an email with their invoice.
19) Transaction details as well as customer details need to get emailed to me at the end of a transaction.
20) When I change the customer's order status to 'Pending Approval' or 'Creating' or 'Shipped', the customer should receive an email which I can modify its contents in the back end.
21) When a customer purchases a Gift Voucher they should be emailed the gift voucher which contains a randomly generated 7 digit promo code. The promo code can't already exist in the back end. Once generated it should be saved in the back end with the person's details, Discount Amount($) and the expiry of exactly 1 year from purchase date. $10 should be the lowest amount that a gift voucher can be purchased.
The above list is not the absolute minimum, please refer to the attached images to make things more understandable.
