Website debugging

My website developer is no longer available to me and I urgently need to fix a couple of bugs. A. Course booking bug When attempting a booking, see [login to view URL], there is an error message that something went wrong (Swedish caption "Tyvärr något fel uppstod när du bokar din bokning! Försök igen"). I do edit the files myself on a regular basis when updating the course dates (Option "Kurs" in [login to view URL] and no changes in [login to view URL]) and normally there are no problems, but probably I have done something that creates this problem. The same problem also happens on the English sub-section ([login to view URL]), which I basically never touch. I urgently need this bug fixed. I attach two files ([login to view URL] and [login to view URL] in doc format). The process should be that the provider fix the files and I upload them to the site. I expect this to be a small matter. Then I have two bugs on the blog. These are of lesser concern. B. Subscriber confirmation This is what SHOULD happen: 1. A new subscriber enters e-mail and clicks Subscribe (on page [login to view URL]) 2. A text appears on screen informing the subscriber that a confirmation message will be sent soon. 3. The subscriber is added to subscriber list (shown in Admin) 4. Confirmation message sent to subscriber's e-mail. 5. Subscriber clicks on link in e-mail to confirm subscription. 6. Subscriber's status change to confirmed in subscriber list (in Admin). This is what ACTUALLY happens: 1-3. happens no problem 4. Does NOT happen, which means that 5-6. cannot happen. C. Menu buttons disappear in "tag mode" When clicking on a tag (not Category), the Tag Archives comes up for that tag. The problem is that the menu buttons are not displayed (they disappear) when this happens (see for example tag Aktivt Lyssnande, [login to view URL]). This is a concern for me for this reason: the tag links have started to show up highest of my links for certain search words on Google, so when they click on it I want them to easily move around the site, but this is made difficult without the menu buttons (they have to go to Blog Home first, which they probably will not do). This is the process: i) I want the bid to cover A only. The reason for this is that A is imperative, while B-C are not. I also expect A to be small. ii) I want message comments with bids for B-C. If these are reasonable, I will create a separate project for them and award them without further bidding to the best overall provider (the same for A and B-C). This means that whoever I choose for A will also get B-C if they bid on the B-C project the same as they put down in the message comment. This means that any bidder for A should also be prepared to do B-C. iii) I highly value ability to understand specs and to ASK when something is unclear. I realise that I may write things that are not clear and therefore your questions will make the process easier. iv) Please let me know if any further files are needed to investigate B-C bugs I look forward to your help!
