Betfair automated betplacer

I need a program that will identify new markets as they are added to Betfair in user selected categories (e.g. Greyhound racing - todays card) and place bets across all selections at user defined prices. I do NOT need the program to work out arbitrage opportunities, once placed the bets will be reviewed manually.
