Simple Blogger Account Manager

I need a program written that has the ability to retrieve the following values from an Excel file to: 1. Create new Blogger accounts (the correct captcha value will be entered manually as the script is run) 2. It has to be able to change some settings inside of the account, for example "Publish Site Feed" should be able to change to a Yes, etc 3. Should be able to fill in the text for the first post from the saved data. 4. Ability to change the template either by editing or complete replacement. 5. Cycle through the rows of data until all the accounts are created (approx. 10 to 30 per file) Added by RAC 1) This needs to work on the following blog(s):?? Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
