Create Custom Simple WordPress Theme

I'd like a WordPress theme created. The design includes three page designs: 1. Homepage 2. Lower-level page (for posts, pages) 3. Lower level page (for posts, pages) -- full width -- with no right sidebar Use your own development environment. When complete to my satisfaction (both user and admin access), I'll provide access to my site at "Removed by Admin" and I require you install it and get it working. There is one milestone: "The Administrator removed this link for containing contact details which breaches our Terms and Conditions." The website should look identical to the design (font families, font sizes, spacing, white space, etc.). The homepage design: [login to view URL] (but without the sidebar widget for latest articles -- this was in error -- remove it on the homepage) The lower level pages (post, pages): [login to view URL] Other specifications: * The background should be full screen, like the background here: [login to view URL] (the text scrolls, not the picture...but the picture resizes as the browser window is resized). Use the last picture below. * I'd also like the option of adding more background images to a library, and selecting which images rotate through display (depending if they are turned off or on) as people navigate through different pages of the site. * Mouseover drop downs at top and see options in the menu, allow me to customize using menus option in admin menu using the name "Top Menu" (/wp-admin/[login to view URL]) * "Contact Us" and "Get Leads" should be "Bottom Menu" (/wp-admin/[login to view URL]) * No sidebar widget on homepage for articles, but allow on lower level pages. SIdebar widget shows last 3 posts. * Tie the contact form into Gravity Forms form /wp-admin/[login to view URL];id=1 I want to use the validation of the Gravity Forms form (turns red when a required field not entered) but use the formatting specified in the design. This may be the most difficult part. Unfortunately, I cannot provide you with access to [login to view URL] as Gravity Forms is provided through my host only with no original supplier support. * All text that appears to be text on the design should be actual text (not graphics), unless they're in the graphics below * "Bainbridge Island Real Estate" in header area should be tag and text (not image) * On homepage "Real Estate Experts, At Your Service" should be * On lower level pages, the text on page headers ("About Us" and "Our Team") should be tags * Use Share or Gudea web fonts to match as much as possible to design: [login to view URL]:select Here is how they should be used: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] * Each post and page should have an area for SEO title, description and keywords using All in One SEO Pack (even the homepage). * All graphics should have an alt tag of "Bainbridge Island Real Estate [word]" where [word] is from the filename. * All links should have a link title attribute with the same text as the anchor text (including in the menus). * Semi transparent background on the top header and menu, bottom menus and homepage call-out ([login to view URL]) so that text can be as real text (not graphic). * Use the content on the "About Us" page as a sample so I can see that you are styling the text correctly (font type, size, bulleted list, etc.). Style the select box in the contact form: [login to view URL] so that it's highlighted visually, like in the design. Please let me know if you need anything else, or if something is not clear.
