Wordpress Theme for Dental Site - Repost - repost

We are looking to have a word press theme developed for a new Dental Practice. We are looking for a visually aesthetic, yet simple approach. This project must be completed within two weeks after contract award. Features we are looking to have on this site are: -5-6 Static Pages (Landing Page, Services Page, Schedule an Appointment, etc....) We also require the ability to add additional pages, I think this is built in for WordPress, not 100% sure though. -Stock photography and Graphics Design throughout the site. -The Schedule an Appointment page will send an email to a designated email address, you can use a widget if you'd like, or roll your own, it's your call. -A "news feed" with dynamically updating content. Each item will link to a separate page. I believe these are called "Posts" in WordPress. Not 100% sure either. -A footer that persists on every page within the website. -Registration with all major search engines, as well as being properly configured for optimal search results within the major search engines. -Must be compatible with GoDaddy WordPress hosting. Version 3.5.1. -The ability to change to main color as well as accent color of the website, this can be as easy as directing me to where in the CSS I need to edit it, or if there's an easier to manage it, that's fine as well. I ask this because we may have to slightly alter our logo color down the road. What we provide for you: -We already have the domain name as well as the hosting provided by GoDaddy -We also have a Company Logo, this will be provided for you after we have selected a winner. -Some photos of the Doctor for you to integrate into the website. What you are responsible for providing: -Stock Photo/Video Content. There are a few images throughout the dental community I've seen on various websites and advertisements that I really don't want to use, so we will need to approve stock photography. Any licensing for the use of these photos will need to be transferred to us as well. -Support for one month after the deliverable hand off date for minor defects in the site design (Columns don't line up, new posts don't show up, etc..) The Deliverable -The deliverable will be in the form of a standard WordPress theme file, complete with all content and pages pre-made. I want to be able to install this theme and be "live" Deal Makers: -We are also considering including educational video content on our site as well. If you happen to know of places that will license this content, or have worked with it in the past, we are interested in your bids. Important Aspects to Consider when Bidding -You will not be allowed to Sub out this work on this site. I want to be able to communicate directly with the person who is doing the work. If, during the course of this project, I discover that the winner is not the one doing the work, I will terminate this contract immediately, with no payment provided. -You must be available to discuss any aspect of this project from 9AM-5PM EST, via the phone and email. -You can re-use existing work that you have already done, however it must be sufficiently modified from the original design so as to be completely distinct from the original. -You will pay for all content licensing necessary. Please build these costs into your bid. -You must invoice the Dental Practice using an "External Client Invoice" to a U.S. based company. This is so we can disburse the funds appropriately. Thanks!
