Build a Product Landing Page with a Form

We are a Apple Reseller in UAE, and we want to build a mini website to promote and sell the Iphone 7 and 7 Plus that looks and feels exactly like the official: [login to view URL] using same content. Ultimately, the "buy now" button should point to a form page with a similar look and feel, where the customer can choose the memory size (32, 128, 256) and the color (black, jet black, silver, gold, rose gold). Every different combination will have different prices that can be set/changed from a small mysql database. In this page the customer will also leave it's billing and shipping information (basic form fields asking name, number, email, address) and we will allow for Cash on Delivery only as the payment method so no credit card processing needed. This form will then save the customer order information in the database and send a email notification to both the customer and the admin. Template for these have to be created as well. - Apart from the main landing page (that looks like the above) we also want to keep the static pages "iOS" and "Tech Specs" with same information and design elements found on the link above. - The website should be mobile friendly - The customer should feel the same class and quality found on the official product page. - The footer will not need all those links found in the official, but will have instead static links to Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, Warranty, About us. these can be simple content pages also needed to be created.
