Simple php parse script

I need a php script that do the following:
You need to parse this website:
[login to view URL]
The script must save data in 2 tables
1. Brands
2. Cars
In Brands you will store all Brands
In Cars you will store :
`picture_url` ,
`car_name` ,
`doors` ,
`silhouette` ,
`seats` ,
`driving_wheels`,
`wheelbase` ,
`construction` ,
`front_suspension`,
`country` ,
`Id_brand`
The script saves data in mysql table, if i run it twice it will only add the new cars found,
The script must parse more them 3500 pages so it must not block the website or stuck.
Example of insert :
INSERT INTO `cars` (`id`, `picture_url`, `car_name`, `doors`, `silhouette`, `seats`, `driving_wheels`, `wheelbase`, `construction`, `front_suspension`, `country`) VALUES
