There is an online form for searching for train tickets on [login to view URL] 1.) What I want is that you redesign that form (reprogram in html) to make it look more modern (you can use purecss or bootstrap for that), and make the two versions of it: a standard one for a website and a responsive one for mobile devices. You can keep all the same options that exist in the original form, just make it look good. 2.)The two versions should automatically toggle (a standard vs responsive one), depending on which device opens the page. (The page where it will be located will be [login to view URL] ) 3.) I should be able to insert the form into the page via the standard <form> code with all the fields listed (not generated automatically from a javascript), it should also be possible to use it as an iframe (so all the external css / javascript libraries you use should be loaded into the form – do not use too many). 4.) The form should send its input data to a mysql database before sending them to the form action URL. You can do it via an ajax call to an external php script, which has the details of the database - i can change these to mine later. 5.) As it takes some time for the train ticket schedules results on [login to view URL] to load, the form should only send the user to the results page after the results are there. Before that it simply shows a buffering wheel and a "please wait" message. IMPORTANT: To be accepted, please, send me a Photoshop / image example of how the new interface will look like, so we make sure we're on the same page aesthetically.
