I need an application facial expression recognition and speech emotion recognition that can be use in hospital , just for a testing purpose , for example if a person come it will detect the person and will tell how much person is happy , sad or like the attachment.... so application will be 1- facial expression recognition 2- speech emotion recognition 3- combine both these two together You need to setup the code via team viewer and have to send a detail report how code is working and how much it is better from the current work that is being done on internet ... it is basically a project for a PHD student ...
