Add features to an existing project

I have developed a website that manages informations about pizzerias. The project is done in wordpress (link here [login to view URL]). I attach the website description, so it give an idea of the website (the features in the file attached are already done, it is just to explain how the website work). I've already done most part of the project with a freelancer, now I have to make some changes but the previuos freelancer didn't answer anymore. So I have to add some feautures, it is nothing special to do. I'll give you a short description of what I need. 1) Add a button in the home page that show the places near you (getting the user position). This feature is already done in the page where it is show the map with the places. In the map there is the location icon that takes user position and show the places near to that position. I want to add a button in the home page to make the website more easy to use. 2) In the website there are a "discount section". It is something very similar to a blog. User can create this "discount". I would like to change the layout of the page of details of the discount (already got a template to copy). 3) The place that are register on the website can have a list of newsletter subscriber. This list should be show in the control panel of the user so they can be managed (removed, updated) 4) On the control panel of the place that are registered, show the stats on of many people have visit their page. Once done this points there will be other features that I would like to add, but we will discuss about them after doing this.
