Add the form-register (popup) to woo-commerce website

The task is to make this popup with login/register form - [url removed, login to view] - when any guest (if not logged in) clicks on "proceed to checkout" on the top-right block - [url removed, login to view] - or on the /cart page - [url removed, login to view]
* I guess we have to make some simple validation in js, so the user won't be redirected if he makes some mistakes in popup-form.
** After the user is done with his login/register form, he should: 1. be logged in without email confirmation 2. get his cart the same as it was before registration 3. be redirected to /checkout page.
Will it be difficult to make this in woo-commerce? Thanks.
