In App:
- User register with Mobile Number.
- User need to enter Adhaar # and PAN number.. mendatory (No two person can use same).. if some other account using PAN/Adhaar... he will get the name of that person and our phone number in popup to claim.
- relogin by entering PAN number and OTP on registered phone #
- Complete profile management alongwith photo (In this section, skills is important because person will be able to view only skill based job, not all jobs he will see... So he/she do not need any job search function by skills.. for example a teached who mentioned that he is good in computer, math and sports... so he will get job related to these skills only... i will provide you the list)
- Option to share profie on FB
- View all available Jobs based on skills ONLY
- Search available job by
a. nearest location (within 5 km, within 10 km, entire city, entire state, specific city/state)
b. Find job by their friends phone #
- JobOnBench... this feature will come later...just one button with a popup comment
- Option to apply for job with a pop up where he will confirm that he is allowing us to share his profile to employer
- Push notification for new job posts related skills
- Push notification from Admin for updates, profile related comments

- Admin/Employer will longin from web
- Admin will approve registered employer
- No general email such as gmail,yahoo...etc allowed in employer
- Employer profile management and option to post jobs
- Admin will get option to approve job posts
- Employer will get applications from candidates directly with phone number, photo and other details; on their email ID
- One employer can post only 2 job in a day and it will be approved by admin
- A one page dashboard for employer like indeed... to post job, view applications... rest details will go in their email
- Admin will be able to see all the candidates who created their profile in App and option to modify, delete, accept, reject, notify candidate in message/push notification
