We are a leading Play Zone in Mumbai and as a part of our automation effort, we are looking for a billing cum MIS Software. The guest on approaching us shares his/her details including Name, Mobile Number, Child's Name, Child's Date of Birth. This would make the customer record and a unique ID would be generated for the customer. Next, a token needs to be generated for the customer where the system time and date are captured along with a serial number. When the customer/ guest approaches after some time to collect the child, the serial number on the token needs to be punched in a field. For billing, the system needs to calculate the time for which our facility was used and charge appropriate tariff from the tariff chart which we will share with you. The bill with our details including tax information should then be printed for the guest. The software should allow the user (with admin access) to alter the tariffs. The user should also be able to offer discounts (with admin access). The software should be able to offer MIS by guest, by date, by tariff etc.

I read the specifications and I understand the workflow
So parents will leave their children to the play zone and they will register their names and the children name to the front desk. Then the children will be taken care of. When the parent come in to take their children, they need to identify the children and authenticate. Then calculate the cost from the tariff whihc you will give in some time.
This will have a front end and a back end. The front end will be used by the Fronddesk and otherss in the play school and the "Admn" for you to change the settings, add users, change tarrifs etc and manage the pages.
The advantage of doing thsi project in PHP is you can access it any where on the place. Even the Parent can know DYNAMIC cost which we can send to their mobile. Send alerts to parents about the cost and children, if they give a time limit then tell them to collect their children and much more
The options are unlimited when you go for online project

As per my knowledge for this project , you'll be needing a backend where all the information about the guest will be captured and the charges will be charged according to the charge sheet that you will be providing . Also you'll be requiring a frontend where the charge sheet provided by you can be altered by any of your employee having an admin access can do that . I can do this project by using ReactJs as frontend and Java using SpringBoot as the backend.
I need to clarify what kind of token you'll be providing your guest with and how will it be punched into the system , is it automated , do I need to automate it or the data entry operator will make the entry into the system manually ?
