Bugfix an extension in wordpress for me. One single post page wont load correctly, site is fine

Hi I have an issue with my wordpress site and cannot find the problem so am looking for a quality wordpress guru to fix it for me. I am running latest WP version , a theme that runs visual composer (not wp bakery version). I have a php script I did to run on a post page (under the tools section of the site). It works fine when I run it in a PAGE, but when I try and run it in a POST I get the page just hangs and doesn't load. I can't find the issue but am sure it is to do with the themes post template and is a bugfix that should be fast for someone who is a pro with wordpress PHP Fatal error: Cannot redeclare generateApacheRewrite() (previously declared in /home/mysite/wp-content/plugins/php-everywhere/[login to view URL](15) : eval()'d code:21) in /home/mysite/wp-content/plugins/php-everywhere/[login to view URL](15) : eval()'d code on line 50 I could just run the script on a Page and not a Post but this is irritating me so I want to fix it asao Please only bid if you are very experienced with wordpress and have a lot of feedback for wordpress fixes and work. thanks
