Build an admin panel for collecting cryptocurrency

This should be a simple user panel that will be used to collect funds as donations. User registers, inputs basic details such as their email, password and their addresses for NEO, Ethereum and BTC, I should have the option to ask user for any other address if needed. User should have an option to change their address by making a request which is a simple form that will go to my admin panel and I will manually approve it. There will be a list of projects that accept donations, a user will be able to select any project and read some information about it and also have the ability to send BTC \ Ethereum \ NEO or some other cryptocurrencies. The "Project" page will have a description, and an amount of funds collected as well as max funds to be collected and deadline. If project collects max funds it should automatically become inactive. The user should be able to see all the projects that he donated to and the amounts. Admin Should be able to add new projects, edit user information, and have a list of all users that donated as well as the amount they donated and their wallet address. This is a rough explanation of the project. I will provide more details and wireframes upon request. It should not be a difficult project for the right person.
