The Management System: Include: Login panel & Operation Panel + Web pages display - Multi Language support - Support browser: Chrome, IE, Edge, Safari, Firefox - Web pages part need support for computer, tablet & smartphones Login Panel: Request user login: - One administrator and two standard users. - Administrator full permissions allow all user account and passwords to be created and changed Operation Panel - Dashboard design, 5 news item menu buttons on the left column - News database includes: each news item includes post date, subject(2 subject in two languages), and link-pdf files (2 pdf files linked to two language subjects, thumbnail display) - Each news menu item function includes: list(filter need), add, modify (edit), delete. Website page - Build pages to display the published news. - Each language have 5 corresponding pages refer to the management system news items, and each news item responds to two relative language pages and data items. Web page templates and all interface layouts for implementation will be provided. We can support to provide test server for development. The service provider must present all source code (including database configuration files) to the buyer and support buyer and provide detailed instructions to install and implement the application on our servers until the sample site is successfully run. Payment will only be issued after a real-time test of the error-free application on our server.
