We are looking to build a custom trade in platform for smat phones tablets etc. Like [login to view URL] our main few needs would be looking up the devices (mainly Apple Devices) by serial # and the ability to update pricing by excel download/upload. Auto printing a shipping label billed to our account for the consumer. There needs to be a back end where we keep track of everything, can track the shipping #, confirm when they arrive and auto email the consumer, update the device if the cosmetics do not match what they said, and mark as payment sent / the form of payment - If we could auto send a paypal payment / mail a check automatically once selected that would be a added bonus. We would like to record video footage of the entire unboxing of the device when it arrives / when we test it so the consumer sees the entire process.
