Build me a custom database entry forms

I need a professional who can work on PHP and Database. I want to keep companies' data stored online in a database so that i can manage them automatically without any hassle. What i need from you is A login page one for admin and one for broker. So that they can manage their accounts. A broker registration form in admin panel. A client form for admin and broker. Admin can see month wise details of everything he wants. A form for SMS or email alerts. (I will configure it for sms alerts). Admin can see all the details of clients and broker separately. There should be a separate detailed profile for each client and broker. Each client and broker should have unique ID assigned automatically as they join through respective forms. An invoice system with unique invoice number for each client. A database for recording expenses Admin can easily print and manage/calculate instalments/EMIs. These will be monthly, quarterly, annually etc. Admin can add different plots available. A form for broker so that he can join more brokers under him/her. It should work like MLM thing. Each broker get their commission automatically as soon as he/she sell a property. A broker can manage his/her down line and see their activity. Remember it should be like how MLM work, they have uplines and downlines. I need it just simple. Not too complicated. There are other things too.
