Build a custom WordPress plugin for booking

I want a booking section for a holiday house. Crucial is that the house has an upper and a lower part that can be rented both together and apart. Their availability should be shown in one common calendar.
The software will run as a plugin under Wordpress but may be largely independent of it. It should be developed with PHP and Mysql. It should use its own Mysql tables (no wp-options!). The software should be responsive.
For the calendar the design of the Micazu website (see for example [login to view URL]) should be used with only some modifications to allow for the two parts of the house. These modifications are:
- when you move the mouse over a date, a popup appears with the prices for the different parts. When one of the parts is occupied it should be mentioned here. When both parts are occupied the date cannot be selected – like in Micazu.
- there should be some visual clue so that you can see when one part of the house is rented.
- just like in Micazu when the first date is clicked the page changes so that only valid second dates can be clicked.
- just like in Micazu you see a total price and a “book now” button are shown.
- just like in Micazu pressing the book now button brings you on a page where you can select options such as sheets and cleaning before finishing the booking.
In the backoffice there should be overview pages and forms for the main tables:
- tariffs: prices for the upper house, lower house and complete house per day and per week per period (with startdate and enddate). This table also contains a minimum stay (usually 3 days).
- options: here you can add options like sheets, local taxes and cleaning. Options can be once (like the end cleaning), per period (like a weekly cleaning). They can also be obligatory (like taxes) or optional. And they can be per person (like sheets)
- bookings: with startdate, enddate, options, the part of the house chosen and comment.
- customers: for name, address, etc. The customer should be able to log into his account and check his data and bookings.
The requirements for the front side are rather strict. So those who want to base their proposal on existing packages – what doesn’t have my preference - should expect extensive customizations.
The use of Composer or similar frameworks is not acceptable.
