Build a Document Management System

Hi I have understood the requirement. Scope: 1) To create a data file sharing platform for our client team internal & external including vendors 2) The platform will have up to 10 user ID and Password for login to the system 3) Post Login only the user will be able to upload any file type and size 4) Also in pre and post login the user will be able to see all uploaded file and can do any of the following thing as mentioned in the next point post uploading a file 5) Post uploading there would be 4 options a) Share a file (a link getting copied to the default mail) b) Generating a shareable link (Tiny url) c) Preview online d) Download option 6) The backend will also have download report log as per username which will report date and size.
