build me a order taking and customer management program/app -- Urgent

I am a free lance sales agent. I currently do the work with excel spread sheets or manually SYSTEM REQUIRED - Work on tablet ( please give me specs) - Work off line - No expensive programs. I will only have the standard excel that comes with an andriod phone or tablet SALES Free lance sales rep for selling about 150 lines including sweets, drinks, pops and biscuit from 4 different suppliers/companies 1. Capture price lists for all 4 companies - Bar codes - Pack sizes ie 12 x 48 - Pictures if possible - Prices shown incl VAT - Show my cost and selling prices STOCK variants 2. Sweets - Pops, flat sweets, novelty sweets, gums, chocolates, 3. Orders by customer by product. - Order must be without or including vat - Show total no of boxes and value of order - Order numbers running differently for each company? Ie MF001 for one company 12345 other companies’ - Order must be able to be emailed to supplier - Close order once delivered REPORTS 4. Customer history card. For each company Showing sales by product for each order /date 5. Commission report for each company - Total sales order no by customer for the month
