we are not looking for a wordpress template. rather someone who has already done a real estate website in a framework like codeigniter or others. drupal cms is ok.
a design layout for home page, property individual pages must be produced before development
website will be developed on a test server and live after completion
website in responsive design.
Create a back office login for the client to manage the website

1. Main banner will have a sea view
2. Below main banner will have a scrolling text +image (optional) from right to left. text can be added/ edited in back office

Fields: Type(residential, appartment, residential complex,..), Property Status, location, Rooms, Reference, Foreigner (Yes/ No), Living Space (Min Max value), Budget (Min Max value), Map of Mauritius clickable
4. Featured properties: with tags, icons ,. (refer to home page immodir)
5. News and events announcement (public holiday, wishes). Editable in back office
6. Email alert subscription: enter name, forename, email
7. Conversion table for MUR , Euro, Dollars, Pound. Conversion rate must be editable in back office.
8. Metric conversion (refer to home page immodir)

2. Property Status: for rent, for sale, short term. Editable in back office
3. Location : divided in regions (north, south, west, east, north east, north west,..) and sub regions (grand baie, grand gaube,… ). Editable in back office
4. Google map location
5. Video. Upload to youtube first.
6. Unique reference number (generated by website or input)
7. Contact agent(s). agents (photos and contact details) can be added/ edited/ archive in back office
8. SEO url friendly of listing
9. Print friendly button, pdf conversion
10. Multiple photos: up to 15. image optimiser and cropping while photos are uploaded when add property listing. Photos will also be watermarked with company logo RPC by the module in website
11. Price: MUR , Euro, Dollars, Pound. All default prices will be in MUR. Conversion rate must be editable in back office.
12. Tags: with exclusive, non-exclusive, rent already, reserved, urgent, sold, new, seize this opportunity, . can be edited/ added/ archive in back office
13. Clients. Each property can be associated with a client. This will not be visible in front end of website. Client can be edited/ added/ archive in back office. Fields: name (can be more than 1), forename, NIC, Address, tel, fax, email, job title, address of property
14. Property features: garden, balcony, wifi. can be edited/ added/ archive in back office
15. Icons: bathrooms, rooms, surface area, .. can be edited/ added/ archive in back office
