Build a review website for schools -- 2

Basic CRUD site nothing too complicated very similar to [login to view URL] Review The client would need search for a school and review it answering a few questions and leaving three different star ratings. Database Would need to be easily added to by me (Limited coding and SQL experience) to the database about the school including a blurb and a few other bits of data (Pupil size etc). Also would need to store user data for login - GDPR compliant etc Authentication In order to authenticate the pupil goes to the school they need to sign up for an account with their school email. Site needs to check domain against the database stored domain (for example @[login to view URL]) and then send an email to the client with an authentication code to be authenticated. In order to authenticate a past pupil or parent or teacher they need to provide documents to prove they are associated with the school. Options for me to review. Design Will be a pre-designed website on adobe software. Other pages A couple of other pages needed but will be pretty simple text pages. Admin dashboard Dashboard to delete reviews, View submitted documentation for authentication, Add schools and edit previously added schools data. Model sites include tripadvisor (Obviously a lot less complicated) and [login to view URL] (Again not as complicated)
