Build a web app where a png badge can be laid over a jpg

We have implemented this feature in a few sites and I am confident of delivering well. I request you to share the site url, url where users upload the image from and url where the uploaded images are displayed. I will also need the png file for the watermark that is to be added. I will need Cpanel and FTP access to the hosting server. I ensure a very thorough job and also support if you need changes / enhancements in future. Hi Will the image always be a jpeg file that user uploads ?? I believe uploading is already being handled by the server, I can definitely implement the watermark on top of it once i go through the existing code, Please send me a message and we can get started. Regards
