Background:

We are a real estate agent.
We want to set up a platform for property trading and leasing, user-directly-to user (C2C)

Landlord joined as member then post up their property (in defined template), and suggest time slot available for viewing (am, pm, evening – for Monday to Sunday)

Members can view the property (with selection filter based on location, size, area, number of bedroom)

Members can negotiate with the landlord. They can discuss on the details of property, time for viewing, price etc, in predefined format.
The discussion will only be view-able between that member and landlord.
They can offer and counteroffer the cost.
Their discussion will be stored and make known to the backstage (the administrator)
When they reached consensus, they will opt for using the property agent to witness the deal and proceed with the proper documentation /land search etc.

Each time they login or share the property information to facebook. They would be given a e-coin. They can accumulate the e-coin and use them to off set the service fee.

Additional feature of the project
Should allow 360 Virtual reality photo taken.
Each uploaded photo should be given option of ‘bedroom’, ‘toilet’, ‘floor plan’ to make the photo standardized.
Each discussion led, should follow particular format, like ‘details of property’ ‘viewing arrangement’. Each led to definite template to fill.
Offer counteroffer use separate button rather than as discussion.
