Build me a website

Hey there, I'm looking for someone who can help me code and design my website. My website needs to be about dividend investing, i want a website similar to [login to view URL] but with extra features like: Connect with your broker and let the website load all your stock position and info about dividend dates (payout, ratio etc etc. Sort by ex div date, or pay date Ability to filter monthly div stocks, quarterly div stocks, or yrly div stocks Sort by high to low (vice versa) div yield Ability to filter out dividend growth stocks/funds vs. non div growth Ability to filter out 3, 5,10, 20+ div growth stocks. IE which stocks have increased div for last 10+ [login to view URL] show a list of those stocks. Ability to filter dividend payout ratio Show historical dividend payment since inception date (ie when stock/fund starting trading). Show daily news (and filter on) dividend increases and dividend decreases. Show % dividend growth rate by yr (avg of over 3yrs, 5yrs, 10yrs, etc..) add fractional shares, ability to turn on and off DRIP Showing dividends of ETF’s Being able to either plan or put in your own portfolio of div stocks and basically plan the div payouts! So you know for example which months you will get a lot and which months you won’t! There are some softwares that do that a bit but you‘re not able to actually put in your own numbers!
