Build a Website / APP for Job Board for Training Providers to post jobs and Facilitators or Trainers to respond to these requests from Training Providers.

I want to do a website or app that will enable facilitators looking for short contracts to find work and also allow Training providers to post contracts. The website also must enable training providers to find these facilitators on the website. The requirements are as follows: * facilitators once registered on the website must be able to respond to advertised contracts. * training providers must be able to advertise and find available facilitators * The facilitators and training providers should be able to find each other based on the location of the contract * The facilitators and training providers should be able to rate each other. The ratings should be visible on the website. * The website should be able to show on a map of South Africa available contracts that facilitators can respond to * Facilitators should be able to receive the request via email about contracts relating to their skills. * Training providers should subscribe to the website at a very low fee and pay a small amount for successful engagement * Facilitators should be able to update their status once they are done with their contract * Besides the revenue from subscription, the website should allow advertising So, in a nutshell, this is a job board specific to people involved in training.
