My Website will have functions and features similar to airbnb but is NOT in the property market. Please read fully my following requirements before submitting your proposals. I am based in the UK and from my experience of Freelancer and Upwork, (i.e. working remotely with people) has NOT been very good and several projects remain incomplete & undelivered. Therefore, on this project, I want to have face to face meetings daily with the Developer until the website is completed and launched. This project for which you are proposing is for completing one of the partially built sites I mentioned above. I would like to consider, the following options ONLY: 1. Proposals from Developers already in the UK (or willing to come to the UK) and 2. Those happy for me to oversee this project face to face; I will travel to your home country. Please reply with examples of your previous RoR projects starting your proposal with the line don't worry jag I got this because..... I look forward to your proposals and working with you. While I understand your frustration with unfinished projects and waste of time and money. I went through it with my own projects. I still work remotely with developers but I am much experienced and know how to get a project done in time and budget set. I am in Manchester and open to discuss your site with you before I can give you a decent bid. I design the whole website and send a ready made copy to the developers to code it. If you are happy for a little chat please let me know, I’d be better bidder if I understand more at the same time I could advise you how to approach your goal if I can’t be the one. Also, when you ask for a bid within the budget you are offering, you realise that only less experienced will be happy to experiment and give low bids. Which makes results at no difference whether you remote hire or local hire.
