Build wordpress API plugin

Hi . . I have take a looks to the attacment files. I would have to convert those two designs into a plugin where the contents are provided by some API. I am very sure could be able to achieve these requirements. Through a Plugin, I would create a shortcode ( to attach in wordpress page ) which works as a callback. To fetch the data, I would use WordPress curl features which have the best method to get data from other domain. I have worked in a lot of plugins development before. I knew how to write a great plugin that has great performance, whether on its functionalities, or its designs. I couldn't estimate the timeline of completion now. I need more details about this plugin creation. Hopefully I could get this and discuss further details about it.
