Build a Wordpress website

Hi Thanks for stopping by to review my project. This is a simple project for an expert web designer with WordPress, Optimize Press and aMember Membership site configuration skills and experience to develop a sales based web site. The various web design tasks are as per the following specification: 1. Develop the sales (landing) page. All elements of the page. 2. Develop the legal pages (about us, privacy policy, disclaimer, anti spam policy, acceptable usage, contact us) 3. Develop the product download page 4. Develop opt-in page (exit pop) and integrate with WP Plugin 5. Develop product information page 6. Design some images for the landing page and add them to the web site. 7. Install and configure the settings of some WP plugins; Yoast, Askimet, WP Super Cache, Contact Form 7 and some privately owned plugins for security, Video player, Pop up page, etc. 8. Install support desk script on separate web server and integrate it with independent email server. 9. Configure aMember web site management script with PayPal and the web pages that are to be protected by the script. 10. Make changes to the WordPress settings to make the web site friendly to the search engines (e.g. Permalinks) 11. Set up and configure blog that links to the landing page. 12. Do whatever it takes to make the web site and support script completely functional. The Freelancer will be provided with content for the web site (images and text) including sketches (MS Word). The website should be optimized for the search engines (custom permalinks, fast loading, Use of H1 and H2..H3 tags etc..) Backup the completed website (all files so they can be downloaded for safekeeping). My maximum budget is $150 because I only hire the most skilled freelancers that provide sample of similar projects they've completed for satisfied customers.
