change admin to word press

We are a website development company and outsource sometimes. Place a bid to convert this website (it uses a custom admin) to use Word Press as the admin. ttii org tt (replace the spaces with dots) Notes: - the design remains the same BUT needs to be made responsive - use the latest word press - all elements of the site must be integrated to be managed using word press e.g.: menus, social media, slider, footer items, blog to use the word press blog, links in the footer need to be considered like: Photo Gallery, latest news, etc. - the admin must be done to be user friendly, the admin user must not have to use any codes, like short codes or HTML codes. - attention to security, any plugins used must have a long history of being used, 1000's of downloads, have recent updates and have a good rating with over 100 users rating it Working with us: - our hours are 6am to 6pm AST. the programmer must also work at least 4hrs within this time so that when reviewing changes requested can be done quickly and reviewed one time - we setup a development server that you can develop directly off our server or in your own environment but must put onto our server for us to review. - a milestone for a part of your total bid will be created for work to start. Payment release is only done when work is delivered. final release is only done when reviewed as completed by us.
