Hi, We need a demo to present a proof of concept of this FAQ [login to view URL] as a chatbot. You need to have chatbot demos in your bids for us to try otherwise we don't consider. 1. We are thinking of DialogFlow but please recommend others and why. 2. We need access to backend so we can add / edit questions / answers 3. Need to see stats / analytics 4. All questions that cannot be found, please ask chatbot user to contact frontdesk@[login to view URL] (this should be editable in point 2) 5. We need a html widget to embed into a demo site, this widget should look like a typical chatbot.
