System Should record all the inputs in the form and create a report under lost cases under Rollover Lost report and display the report with all the information along with the related processes and previos saved documents and attachemnets. It should also create a process for next year renewal process under the Process name as "Rollover/Follow up cases".it should create the task for follow as per the field above" In your opinion when we should start working for next renewal". if there is no date in renewal process, than system takes by default (Renewal date of this policy for next year minus60 days) in advance for follow up for next year.
