Completing Magento product uploading from CSV

Looking for a magento developer with previous experience in m2E and ebay/amazon Previous developer working on the project has done some work already. Products have been uploaded to website and are getting uploaded to ebay using m2e pro. - Need to setup shipping price based on volume and weight in magento and ebay. So the final Selling price of product can include shipping price. eg: Supplier price + Markup(2x) + shipping price - Need to re-sync products with CSV ( and ensure all product images are displayed) CSV has urls for product images, - Setup a markup price or formula so we can change the margins based on suppliers price. - Provide instructions on how future products can be uploaded and synced - Use ebay template for every listing - Need product main image for all products to have discount code. So basically need a configuration where on the top of 1 image, this 2nd discount code image gets displayed on all listings - There are some unfinished tasks on our website [login to view URL] (needs to improve home page, suggested products, payment gateway )
