Conversion of wordpress vehicle listing theme data into a new theme

Our client has a wordpress website with a vehicle listings theme. The theme registers custom fields such as "Number of doors, Engine Size, Transmission". Now we need to use a new theme, so the vehicle listing features/functionality of the old theme need replacing. The job specification: Help us move all the vehicle listings from a wordpress vehicle listing theme, to a new generic wordpress theme, and then recreate the display of the vehicles in the new theme. Suggested work process 1. We suggest using a plugin such as "advanced custom fields" [login to view URL] to recreate all the existing custom fields and options. 2. The new theme framework we will use for the website will be DIVI theme [login to view URL] 3. New [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] pages will need creating for the Divi Child theme, which will display the vehicle listings archive and single pages. 4. Register a new custom post type in the DIVI chile theme [login to view URL], with the relevant taxonomies and vehicle status tags. 5. Copy over all the 200+ existing vehicle listings from theme generated post type, over to the new custom post type. 6. Disable the old theme. Activate new Divi Child Theme. 7. Style the output of the vehicle listing custom fields data, on the [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] pages. IN a x3 column layout, using the DIVI Css stylesheet to create the x3 mobile responsive columns for the vehicles. We are able to do smaller bits of CSS styling, so the objective here is to get the vehicle data over to the new theme, as quickly and cheaply as possible. A developer with experience with wordpress custom fields and responsive design should find this an easy task to complete in a few hours. We will provide FTP and login details to the development website on our servers, setup with the old theme running, with also DIVI Theme+child installed, and the required plugins setup.
