Creat backend laravel for fronted (fronted ready)

not for India users please(!) fronted laravel is done. all we need is the backend created and connect to the fronted. fronted is laravel. backend should be also laravel. the points need to do: backend: 1) need creat 2 admins - for owner (big admin) and small admin (who control about him panel and fronted. 2) the fronted control by the small admin - menu data (with images / prices / orders) 3) 3 kinds of small admin have -basic/premium/super premium. 4) need intgrate the system to paypal by 3 kinds of users like i say: 1- simple menu will be free. just text. 2- with images and cost something. 3- with option to order 5) need full panel analitics powerfull - from where. counter qr code scan. how much time they visit. which category must ralated. etc. also need tap area model like - hotjar. 6)easy mangamnet panel - category prices etc. 7) big admin can control about any user and creat users also. see all the income for each user adn powrefull analitics and control. 8) secure - strong backend requst. not something can hacked. also need be server strong for mass visits. 9) orders - is the super premium user. need be magnamnet orders screen. the kticehn get this screen to know order this will support kind add to cart model (store) and each table will have qr code spacific. 10) qr code system and link creator by the user - automatic once the user are made small admin - he have the qr code. at deshbored small admin the user can see the qr code and the link and can control about the links url. if taken he need to know. deadline: 1 month payment methods skills: paypal special things to know: lravel expert / qr code generator / secure site
