Create an App for iPhone and android

This an app made for people to help each other one on one. When the individual creates an account they provide us with their email-address, name, birthday (Tutors has to be 18 or older), and payment method. You can create a customer account or/and a tutor account. The customer provides what they need help with and add keywords to narrow the issue addressed. The tutor writes a description of what kind of skill they can offer and a short summary about themselves, as well as adding keywords for what fields they can help in. Once the customer post the issue they are facing, the keywords will match with tutors that can help in that specific area. They now can get in contact with them by several options: Video Call, call, send pictures or through text. it is all laid out in the app (Similar to the snapchat layout). After the work is done the customer has to pay the tutor for its help. The customer has already set a certain amount they are willing to pay for the work that is needed to be done. An automatic payment will be done once the work is finished. A percentage of the payment will be withdrawn from the total that goes to us as developers. The tutor will then be paid a lil bit less after tax, but they will be informed of this at the very beginning. Once the payment is done, the customers wish will be removed from the page as completed. The layout needs to be very simple and easy to navigate. It should be a section where people can rate the page and talk about their experiences. It should also be a contact information to contact us, the developers if any help is needed. The design should be simple, clean, updated, and highly professional.
