I want the program to when loaded give you a login option (username/password) then when you login I want it to check the Hardware ID registered to that (username/password) if it's not the same you cannot login and if it's the same you can login also if you get (username/password) wrong then again you can't login so simple login with HWID ID check to that user.
I want this to be a C++ console application nothing else.
