Create a simple page that displays live scores from football matches

Create a simple page that displays live scores from football matches. There should be a mobile version and desktop version with slightly different layouts. The following should be displayed on page: Current time, team names(home and away), current score, red cards and first half score. The page should update automatically(No need to refresh page). It should be possible to select a list of 'favorite/my games', so there has to be two pages/tabs, one that lists all matches currently playing and one the lists only selected games. Matches should be grouped by league. The page should be create using HTML5, javascript(jquery), PHP and if necessary [login to view URL] can use the [login to view URL] jquery plugin but hope to avoid the use of other jquery plugins. Data should be loaded from a postgresql database More detailed will be provided.
