I`m looking for freelancer t eam, who can solve following things.
We are making online booking system for airport transfers, like [login to view URL], just another one and much better. There for we need new partners-transfer companies. we would like to automatise this process with crm, for example, we have 1000 potentional partners emails. we send them invitation email from mailchimp, if partner wants cooperate, he can compleate form in our web, and from that details we can make agreement, automatically, if it is needed we can change some places. If partner didnt open email or opened, but didn t registrate, we can send another email to invite or ask why he didnt. discuss some questions, and we hope, he will registrate and than the same way-company details, agreement.
Actually, it is not difficult. So and we would like to track them, theyr statuss, for example, email is sent, agreement signed, we received agreement, partner added destinations. actually it is like sales crm.
after, we would like to see all comunication with this partner, because we will send price requests, he will send offers, etc. these should be like ticketing.
we also would like to use crm for share doc, tasks with collegues, delegate tasks, deadlines, etc.
We need solution for this. please send your offer how you see it could be done, which crm system would you use, how much time do you need for that, etc, so a lot of info to we could see your offer, your professionalism. with our online system will be no problem to integrate, we can send/receive any data.

I have read everything carefully and yes we are a team of 40+ developers, few designers and some other staff. So, yes we definitely have skills & expertise to develop this website. After analyzing the whole requirements, my understanding is that you want to create an CRM system that will be responsible to track the sent emails and also the partners will be able to register and post their fares which you will use for bookings in your system. However, I do have few questions to ask for firm estimate.
Here are my questions:
- Would you please confirm, if an Admin will manually enter the booking prices for frontend users or the values send by partners will automatically be assigned?
- How the actual booking from the frontend will be performed? Will it send requests with some API to the partners sites?
- For online bookings, which payment methods are required?
- Do you only want to create this CRM system for partner management?
