Custom Browser for Skype for Web

I want a custom application for online tutors who teach via Skype. I want our tutors can make and recieve skype calls with screen sharing and search skype contact while keeping Skype in the background. I want it like this if possible, like there will be a custom browser for Skype for web version which will support Webrtc for Skype calls. Our browser will interact with Skype and make Skype to make call/receive call with screen sharing. There will also be Whiteboard feature for annotation on lessons during screen sharing sessions. Here is the details, It will have Highlighter/Straigh Liner/Box/Text to draw on the screen. It will have Password option while installing which will be required to change options in Settings and to Uninstall it. (and to close the application if possible, so that teachers can't close the app). It will prevent users to open Skype on Front. When this app is installed, if Skype is opened, Skype will go in the background. We want to give Whiteboard application ability to Start/End Skype Call with Screen Sharing and search Contacts from Skype. So that our teachers can call skype contacts from with Whiteboard application. WhiteBoard application will have Six options which are associated with Skype. A)- Search Bar which will search Skype contacts, B)- List of Skype Contacts, C)- Three buttons , Start Call, End Call, Start Screen Sharing,End Screen Sharing ,and Send and Recieve Chat with each Skype contact . It will record Skype calls and Chats then upload to Google Drive without saving on computer disc. Drawings will disappear automatically after certain time "IF" on Skype Call. We will set time (in sec) in settings. (This is done so that teachers should keep using Drawing Tools instead just use once and then leave it). NOTE: Condition of Skype Call can be disable from Settings then it will disappear according to set time without Skype call. If Drawings are not being used for a certain time (in sec) then a Beep and Popup will play to remind them to use Drawings "IF" on Skype Call. NOTE: Condition of Skype Call can be disable from Settings then it will play Beep/Popup according to set time without Skype call. It will show a notification if Skype is not opened.
