Custom Crowdsourced platfor

I would like you to create a website which allows users to create their own crowdfunding campaigns and a cryptocurrency as well. Users can fund their businesses by selling equity, stock or their own crypto to fund their [login to view URL] would mean that real time data would have to be displayed about the stock value and the company progress, so basically integrating a stock market. A company would also be able to create their own cryptocurrency on top of our crypto currency. Users can also sell real estate, natural resources and land, this would require the use of smart contracts or a way of regulating land ownership. My current budget for this project is a maximum of 350$ with equity and vested stock option, but no more than 600$, currently I am only looking for an MVP.
