Custom WooCommerce sellers and buyers functionality -- 3

Hey Guys, I need a highly expert person having elite knowledge of custom woocommerce plugin development. If you have developed a custom solution for woocommerce then bid in this project. Newbies are not allowed to bid. :: Main Work::-- I need a custom plugin compatible with woocommerce 1: My website is a business to business ecommerce website where sellers and buyers will work Please read the conditions carefully: Condition A:- Sellers will be allowed to register on the site only by admin invitation or from admin area only. and seller can register their product on website with all the basic product details like Product title, Model Number (Custom meta field), quantity, price/piece. And products should be placed on bulk order by customer. 2: This is the main feature of the ecommerce system. Buyer will be able to order products in bulk and the main functionality of the order form is: Buyer will search the product from an input field from frontend and once one or two words are entered in the text field then all matching product titles will appear and buyer can select any one of them. Or buyer can enter the product model number as well to find the product. and there will be other fields like Quantity and price. Generally price is certain which is entered by seller. But in my case, the price will be entered by the buyer for each piece and seller price will be hidden. If the buyer needs 100 pieces but the seller has only 50 products then there should be option to add the same product's remaining quantity from another seller (if available). and place the order.
