Custom Wordpress Theme - design/coding/implementations

We are actively seeking someone to design/code/implement a fully responsive custom dynamic wordpress website. Pages: - home page - about us page - buyer/seller page - business listing page - plugin required - contact us page Additional features: - CSS only, no tables allowed CSS3/HTML5 - a wordpress plugn that allows the client to list businesses for sale, (strictly listing only) with a contact us for more information link on each listing (limited information) - this plugin is to be chosen/configured/styled by the chosen freelancer Freelancer will be responsible for creating 2 UNIQUE concepts in photoshop/JPG format to present to our client within 24 hours of accepting project, and will provide unlimited revisions to these JPG/PSD files until client is satisfied. Once approved, site will be coded into a custom Wordpress Responsive Dynamic theme, and uploaded to our server for changes to be made. Content will be supplied by us and inputted, formatted and integrated by chosen freelancer. Milestones: - 50% upon award - 20% upon concept delivery - 30% once project is transferred to our servers for final changes - no milestones released until project is completed in full. Must provide all PSD and source files upon completion, this is a white label project, no using it in your portfolio. Sorry!
