Customer Waiver and Photo Management Script

Part 1: Android tablet friendly software (Android App on tablet or web interface hosted on my server) that collects customer names, emails and phone numbers when they arrive at my business and sign the liability waiver. Part 2: I have a camera that can post photos directly to an email address or transfer to phone. I need that photo to be processed (add a logo and some custom information), then shared with my customers via the email addresses they shared in Part One. Part 3: I'd also like the Photo to be uploaded to an album on my business's Facebook page. Part 4: I would also like to integrate with a CMS that can imbed a photo album on my website. Perhaps some kind of widget? I know there are a lot of different Content Management Systems out there, so I'm flexible on which one we use. Ultimately, if we get all 3 parts working, I want the stagger the steps. On day 1, I'd want the photo posted to my website. On day 2, to the Facebook album, and finally on day 3, emailed directly to clients.
