Customize shopify cart and product options

PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT BEFORE MESSAGING I am using Shopify to build my new store and I am using an app to have more product options for my products. The app uses product-meta fields to show the options selected when added to the cart. I would like to the product-meta fields to show in the cart only if there are 3 or less product-meta fields. If there is more than 3 product-meta fields for the item added to the cart, I would like "View Customizations" to appear under the product title in the cart. I would like "View Customizations" to be underlined and when clicked, I would like all of the product-meta fields to appear. When the product-meta fields are shown, I would like the "View Customizations" button to be changed to "Collapse", which when clicked, will hide the options in the cart again. For the 2nd task, I would just like a scroll container added to my product pages. I want my product options in a container with a scroll bar to prevent the page from being extended too long. There will be no negotiation. I will have other projects that will pay more if you do good work for this small project. Or if you prefer bigger project, I would like you to create a product plugin that has same functionality as this example in addition to "View Customizations" task described above (Click Customize Now): [login to view URL] . I will pay $500 USD for this bigger project if you wish to do this instead. I am also open to hearing your ideas on how to make better for my customers. Again, if you do good and quick work, I will have more projects for you immediately that will pay more.
